Digital Guy Connection |
|
|
We've got a new consulting service that is
DRAMATICALLY changing the speed and effectiveness of how we can
troubleshoot your projects, or help you learn new techniques. This new service
allows you to interact in real time with "the Digital Guy" Bruce Nazarian as he consults with you on your very own computer!
Through the Digital Guy Connection,
we can log onto your computer remotely via a secure connection that YOU
control, to help you . The two of you can troubleshoot your DVD
project, set up a job in Compressor, learn a new authoring technique in
DVD Studio Pro, create a Menu in Photoshop, edit Chapter Marks in Final
Cut Pro, or even set up a Blu-ray Disc project in Adobe Encore CS3/4 or Toast 9/10.
All that is required is that the computer you wish to work on has a
decent broadband connection (and, you are running Mac OS 10.4 or 10.5),
and a nearby phone (if you want to voice chat while collaborating on
the computer).
A short software download will be required so
the connection can be made between computers. The software you will
download is free, and works on Mac OS X (sorry, not for Mac OS 9!).
Remember, the connection is SECURE, and you will be able to see and
control EVERY action that happens on your computer!
You get
the speed of instant answers to your problems, and the benefit of
seeing the technique taking place right in front of you! There's no
need to leave your office or home, and no need for anyone to visit
personally - you can get assistance while you are in your bathrobe, if
you wish!
Best of all, the regular Recipe4DVD consulting
rates apply: a $50 minimum consultation covers the first 30 minutes,
and each additional 15 minutes is $25. As usual, you can easily make a
consulting prepayment through PayPal.
If you are interested
in trying this service, please email us directly to schedule an
appointment (gnome@dmcgi.com), and obtain the download information.
