Through the Digital Guy Connection, we can log onto your computer remotely via a secure connection that YOU control, to help you . The two of you can troubleshoot your DVD project, set up a job in Compressor, learn a new authoring technique in DVD Studio Pro, create a Menu in Photoshop, edit Chapter Marks in Final Cut Pro, or even set up a Blu-ray Disc project in Adobe Encore CS3.
All that is required is that the computer you wish to work on has a decent broadband connection (and, you are running Mac OS 10.4 or 10.5), and a nearby phone (if you want to voice chat while collaborating on the computer).
A short software download will be required so the connection can be made between computers. The software you will download is free, and works on Mac OS X (sorry, not for Mac OS 9!). Remember, the connection is SECURE, and you will be able to see and control EVERY action that happens on your computer!
