The Main site menu is the horizontal black menu that starts with Home

When sub-functions exist that are relevant to the chosen Main Menu item, (like on Help) an additional sub-menu appears below the Main Menu.

In most cases the currently selected Menu item is highlighted in yellow.

In some areas of the site, sub-menu navigation is handled by a Left menu; these will be apparent.
