Can I subtitle in Japanese/Chinese/Korean?

The Mac can be customized with Language kits (like Kanji, for Japanese) that allow it to display and handle characters in languages other than those that use Roman Characters (you know - like English, French, Spanish, etc!) YOu can use these kinds of Macs to create text scripts in foreign languages for Subtitling.
