Consulting (Phone or email)
$50 minimum, $25 per 15 mins thereafter
Recipe4DVD is proud to announce the availability of telephone or email
consultation for your DVD projects or DVD Authoring system installations.
A First Consultation requires purchase of 2 Consulting Time units (our minimum), which covers your first consultation call of up to 30 minutes in duration, or a reasonable email exchange between us. (an e-mail exchange is typically the equivalent of one phone call, but is calculated at the time of the exchange.) We will advise the specific billing amount upon completion of the call or email exchange.
If you need more than 30 minutes, feel free to purchase the minimum 2 units and we will calculate the additional units required upon completion of your first call. We use the honor system for additional payments. Once you have completed the call, return to our secure store and purchase the additional unit(s) required for the call.
We are typically available from 10 AM - 8 PM Pacific Time
Other hours are available by appointment -
